Merchant of Record for card payments: Payzink sells in its own name and takes on tax, fraud and chargebacks.

Payzink is a Merchant of Record (MoR) payment platform operated by Digital Minds Web Solutions LLC FZ, a UAE free-zone company whose terms of service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates; its domain was registered in August 2025. As the seller of record it takes each sale in its own name, so the customer's card statement reads PAYZINK*MERCHANTNAME, and by its own description it absorbs global tax, compliance, fraud and chargebacks. Customers pay by card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and Discover; the checkout shown on its site charges in USD, and buyers can sign in to see their payments. Merchants apply online and are verified before they start selling; integration is a single API. Fees and payout terms are not published.
