The stars and the platforms we read

A listing's stars are the average of its ratings on the platforms on the right, weighted by how many reviews each platform holds, plus the reviews published on smm.guide.

  • Weighted by volume. Fifty reviews on one platform weigh more than four on another; a 5.0 from two people cannot outrank a 4.6 from two hundred.
  • Named sources only. Forum threads, blog write-ups, catalog listings and automated "trust scanners" carry no weight.
  • Read from the live page. A figure we could not confirm on the platform itself is ignored.
  • Nothing imported, nothing seeded. A number without a source is not a rating. The platforms behind every card are printed on it.

A platform where a panel is absent counts neither for nor against it. A verified owner adds the address of the panel's page on any platform we have not found from the dashboard, section Listing & SEO — we open the page, make sure it is about that panel, read the rating and put it on the card, usually within a day.

Three groups. Longevity is measured, openness is in the owner's hands, reputation has to be earned — and can be lost.

Each confirmed complaint shows on the panel’s page for 90 days; three within 90 days take 20 points while three count. Nothing is deducted without a moderator’s decision. Deals kept are shown on the panel’s page but earn no points: two panels could arrange them.

Stars translate to points on this scale, per bucket, at full review weight; two and a half stars is the neutral point. Bad reviews cost points; silence earns none.

Tools are scored on fewer signals

Scripts, payment gateways, hosting, domains, proxies, VPN and SMS services have no price list or order counter to read, so their score has three parts: domain age up to 40 points, a confirmed owner 10, and reviews up to 25 from smm.guide and 25 from the platforms we read — on the same star scale, scaled to those caps.

What the number means

Above 75 is reachable only with an open panel and real reviews. Unknown earns nothing; bad reviews cost points.
