How the Trust Score and the stars are built
One open formula for every listing, never for sale. Every number on a card can be traced to a source you can open yourself.
1. The stars
A listing's star rating is the average of its ratings on the review platforms below, weighted by how many reviews each platform holds, plus the reviews published on smm.guide. The platforms behind the number are printed under the stars on every card. Nothing else makes stars: forum threads, blog write-ups, catalog listings and automated "trust scanners" are shown in the mentions block for context, but they carry no weight. A figure the collector could not confirm on the live page is ignored. There are no imported or seeded ratings — a number without a source is not a rating.
2. The platforms we read
These are the review platforms where SMM panels are actually present. If your panel is not on them yet, getting listed is the direct way to earn stars here:
Reviews left on smm.guide count the same way and appear in the list as "smm.guide".
3. The Trust Score, 0–100
| Part | Points | How it is earned |
|---|---|---|
| Domain age | 0–35 | From the registrar record, or the web archive when the record is missing. Six years reach the ceiling. |
| Public price list | 0 or 14 | The services and prices can be read without signing in, or the owner connected the panel's API. |
| Order counter open | 0 or 7 | The site shows its completed-orders counter. |
| Counter growth | 0–7 | Orders added over the last 30 days, as read by our tracker. About 1,000 orders a day reach the ceiling; a frozen counter earns nothing. |
| Owner verified | 0 or 7 | Ownership confirmed on smm.guide. TrustPanel is a mark, it adds no points. |
| Reviews on smm.guide | −5…+15 | No reviews: 0. One star: −5. Five stars: +15. Twenty-five reviews give the full weight. |
| Reviews on the platforms above | −5…+15 | The same figures as the stars, the same scale. No reviews anywhere: 0 — unknown earns nothing, bad costs points. |
Bands: Strong from 75, Solid from 58, Fair from 42, Guarded from 28, Weak below. A score above 75 is reachable only with an open panel and real reviews.
4. Order in the catalog
Listings whose owner is verified rank above unclaimed ones; TrustPanel listings rank above Verified ones. Inside each of those groups the Trust Score decides. Among unclaimed panels the stars decide first, then the score — a single 5-star review is pulled toward the catalog average, so it cannot outrank a 4.3 from forty reviews.
5. What owners can do
Open the price list and the order counter, confirm ownership, and collect reviews on the platforms above and here. Every one of these moves is reflected on the card within the hour.
