Trust Score The one score of this catalog, 0–100, same open formula for every listing. Panels: domain age 35 · openness 35 (public prices 14, open order counter 14, verified owner 7) · reviews on smm.guide 15 · reviews across the web 15. Missing reviews sit at the neutral middle — unknown is not bad. Closed openness earns zero: those points are in the owner's own hands. About Cardinity

Lithuanian licensed card gateway for EEA merchants, merged into NomuPay in 2025.

Cardinity is a Lithuanian card-payment gateway operated by UAB Click2Sell of Vilnius, one of the first Lithuanian fintechs licensed as a payment institution by the Bank of Lithuania (2012); the Cardinity brand launched in 2015 after the firm joined the Visa and Mastercard networks. It processed Visa and Mastercard payments for e-commerce merchants registered in the EEA, with advertised pricing from 1.35% + EUR 0.25 per European card transaction and no setup or monthly fees, offering a hosted payment page, payment links, recurring billing, 3-D Secure 2 and a REST API. At the end of 2022 Click2Sell was acquired by Dublin-based NomuPay, and in October 2025 Cardinity was fully merged into the NomuPay brand — cardinity.com now redirects to nomupay.com and the product is no longer marketed standalone; new sign-ups go through NomuPay. Trustpilot shows a mixed 3.1/5 across 47 reviews: timely payouts and personal account managers on the positive side, application rejections and prolonged fund holds on the negative.

For SMM businesses: Historically one of the accessible EEA card gateways for digital-services merchants — ready-made Cardinity modules circulated for SMM panel scripts. But it is a low/medium-risk acquirer with strict compliance: high-risk reclassification brings declines, terminations and fund holds. Since the October 2025 NomuPay merger it no longer onboards merchants standalone — effectively a legacy option in 2026.
